These are Dresses and Skirts designed with Pattern Area Waste fabrics. 

With the ability to predetermined the shapes of the pattern waste areas during the pattern part layout for cut out of garment pieces, designers can look to the shapes between the original garment shapes.

With the predictable nature of fashions mass production designers can comprehend new found garments in the stacks of same shape pieces created when the number of original garments are made. 

In these I used a variety of found shapes and if needed I converted them yo triangles and other goemetric shapes.  

It is amazingly easy to actually make dresses capes and skirrts by using one repeated shape that is longer than wide.
